1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. melted butter

Line pie pan with crust. Top with sliced tomatoes. Mix: 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 tbsp. chopped onion

Spoon on top of sliced tomatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
