SPINACH & CHEESE MEAT LOAF 
3 1/2 to 4 lbs. chop meat
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
8 oz. can tomato sauce
8 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
(Any vegetable can be substituted for spinach)

Mix chop meat (season to taste) with 1/2 can tomato sauce and bread crumbs. Separate chop meat into 2 halves. Spread 1/2 of meat on the bottom of a baking pan, top with defrosted spinach and Mozzarella cheese. Put remaining chop meat on top, covering the spinach and cheese. Pinch sides of meat loaf. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or until meat is brown.
