SPAGHETTI PIE 
8 oz. spaghetti, broken in small pieces
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
8 oz. pepperoni
1 egg, well beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic
4 c. spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 lb. cottage cheese
12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti and drain. In a large bowl, mix butter and Parmesan cheese. Add egg. Add spaghetti and toss. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti. Brown meat, onion, green pepper and garlic. Drain. Stir in sauce, oregano and sugar. Pour over cottage cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Then top with Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

Bake 10 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
