GRANOLA 
3 c. oatmeal
2 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. coconut
1 c. dried mixed fruit (optional)

Mix together in large bowl. Mix the following separately and then add to the above mixing well: 1/2 c. cooking oil 1/2 c. honey 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. Stir constantly while baking as it burns easily.
