HIGH STACKED PEACH PANCAKES 
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
6 tbsp. butter (melted)
3 eggs
6 tbsp. butter, melted
3 c. sifted flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 fresh California peaches, peeled and diced

Combine milk, eggs and butter. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Stir liquid ingredients into flour mixture until blended. Fold peaches into pancake batter. Pour batter by 1/3 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle. Cook until pancakes are golden underneath. Turn and brown on the other side. Serve with a pureed peach sauce. Six servings.
