MUSTARD BARBECUED RIBS 
1 1/2 c. prepared mustard
3/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
1/3 c. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. ground mace
4 lb. pork spareribs

Heat mustard, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and mace to boiling in small saucepan. Grill or broil ribs, basting with sauce every 10 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce. 4 servings.

TIP: Use mustard sauce with broiled pork chops.
