GREEN RICE 
1 c. raw rice
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. grated cheese
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic or garlic salt
1/2 c. minced parsley

Cook rice, set aside. Saute onions and green pepper in oil. Add cooked rice, beaten egg, garlic, cheese, parsley and all but 1/3 can mushroom soup. Mix and pour into greased casserole. Pour 1/3 can soup on top and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
