QUICK PENUCHE CANDY | |
1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. milk 1 c. brown sugar, packed 2 c. powdered sugar 1 c. chopped pecans Melt butter, add brown sugar and cook over low heat 2 minutes. Add milk and continue cooking until mixture boils. Remove from heat and let cool at room temperature. Gradually add powdered sugar. Add nuts and spread in buttered 8" square pan. Cool. |
