DEER SUMMER SAUSAGE 
5 lbs. deer burger
5 tbsp. Tender Quick
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. hickory smoke salt

Mix well. Cover. Put in refrigerator for three days. Mix well once a day. On the third day, form into sticks and refrigerate for an hour. Smoke on a meat smoker for 6-7 hours.
