SWISS BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 pkg. dried butter substitute mixed according to directions
1/4 c. chopped green onion
3 1/2 c. water
3 pkg. chicken broth or seasoning
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1/8 tsp. each garlic powder and pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
6 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded

Step 1: Combine liquid butter substitute, onions, water and broth mix in a large pot and heat until boiling. Mix spices, dry milk and flour in bowl, slowly whisk into boiling broth until it is smooth.

Step 2: Add broccoli and cheese.

Step 3: Cook over low heat, stirring often until the cheese is melted. Divided evenly. (3/4 cups serving for 8).
