SALMON DUFF 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash pepper

Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
