RUM BALLS | |
2 1/2 c. fine crushed vanilla wafers 2 tbsp. cocoa 1 c. powdered sugar, sifted 1 c. fine chopped pecans 2-3 tbsp. white corn syrup 1/4-1 c. rum Mix wafers, cocoa, sugar and nuts. Add rum and corn syrup, if too dry add up to 1/2 cup rum. Mix slowly as not to get too damp. Roll in 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar and freeze. Will thaw in 30 minutes. Keep forever if you can keep people out of them. |
