DOUBLE BOILER SCRAMBLED EGGS 
6 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Add to eggs; milk, salt and pepper. Beat thoroughly with fork. Melt butter in top of double boiler over boiling water. Add eggs; cover and stir now and then until eggs thicken. Remove from heat, continue stirring until eggs are set. They should be soft and fluffy and completely digestible. Excellent for ill person. 6 servings.
