SHEPHERDS PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 can whole kernel corn
3 c. left over mashed potatoes
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef with medium chopped onion. Put in bottom of casserole dish. Drain can of whole kernel corn, put on top of beef. Spread left over mashed potatoes over top, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and brown in 350 degree oven until golden brown.
