LIME ICE BOX PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
Juice of 2 or 3 lemons
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Make syrup and cool (don't congeal). Fold in 1 large can evaporated milk (frozen partially in ice tray). Beat partially frozen milk if you want it light before mixing with syrup. Place in graham cracker crust and chill. Use a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. 6 servings.
