CRAB MOUSSE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mushroom soup
1 sm. grated onion
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. crab meat
1 env. plain gelatin
1/8 c. cold water

Combine all ingredients except gelatin and water. Mix well. Dissolve gelatin in water. Combine with other ingredients and pour into mold.

Mousse will be set within 2 hours.
