1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

ICING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar

Blend together and pour over bake.
