1/4 c. strawberries
1/4 c. walnuts
1/2 c. cold milk
1 banana, peeled
1 scoop of chocolate ice cream or yogurt ice cream

Put all ingredients except for ice cream in the blender. Cover and blend on high speed. After the ingredients have been thoroughly mixed, pour into a sherbet or dessert glass and top with the ice cream.
