SPINACH DIP | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix 1 c. sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped 3 green onions, chopped 1 round loaf French bread Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Stir together soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise. Add spinach, water chestnuts and onions. Cover, chill 2 hours. Hollow out bread to use as serving bowl. Save scraps for dippers. Stir dip, place in bread bowl; serve. |
