1 pkg. Jello (any flavor)
8 oz. cottage cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 reg. Cool Whip

Drain pineapple, save juice. Mix Jello using juice and water. Chill until set like jelly. Stir in Cool Whip, pineapple and cottage cheese. Put into serving bowl or mold and chill until set.
