4 c. butter (8 sticks)
12 oz. cream cheese
4 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
10 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Add egg yolks and flavorings and mix well. In separate bowl, add salt and cinnamon to flour and mix well. Add to creamed mixture. Dough can now be divided and colored or flavored. Use to fill cookie press. Form cookies on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove at once from sheets. Cool on wire cake racks. Makes 36 dozen.
