WET BURRITOS 
Lg. tortilla shells
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. refried beans (opt.)
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 lg. pkg. cheddar cheese
2 lg. cans or bottles taco sauce (mild or hot)

Brown ground beef and add seasoning with 1 cup water. Cook about 10 minutes. Heat shells in oven about 20 seconds. Put about 1 cup ground beef on shell. Add 2 tablespoons each of onion, tomatoes, lettuce and 1 tablespoon cheese. Fold shell over top with taco sauce (until burrito is fully covered). Top with cheese and onion (optional). Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Or until cheese is melted.
