CHOCOLATE ECLAIRS 
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. white Karo syrup
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1 box graham crackers

Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside. Mix ingredients 4 through 8 and set aside. Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Cover crackers with 1/2 of pudding mixture. Put another layer of crackers and cover with remaining pudding. Put third layer of crackers and top with chocolate mixture. Chill several hours - all day if possible.
