FOUR LAYER CHOCOLATE PIE | |
2 c. plain flour 2 sticks butter, melted 1 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 c. confectioners' sugar 2 med. Cool Whip 1 sm. box instant fudge pie filling 3 cans evaporated milk 1/2 c. chocolate 1 sm. box instant chocolate pie filling Mix flour and melted butter. Add 1 cup chopped nuts. Press in 9 inch pie plate, bake at 300 degrees until lightly browned, let cool. Cream cheese and sugar. Add vanilla and fold in 1 container of Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Mix both boxes of instant pudding or pie filling with 3 cups of milk. Spread over cheese layer, top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut or nuts. |
