CRUNCH BARS 
Saltine crackers
1 c. light brown sugar
2 sticks butter
12 oz. chocolate chips

Line a cookie sheet (cookie sheet with sides) with saltine crackers. Boil butter and sugar for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over crackers. Bake at 400 degrees for 4 to 6 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top. When chips are melted, spread over crackers. Cool. Break into pieces and serve.
