DOUBLE CRUNCH GRANOLA BARS | |
4 c. quick Quaker oats, uncooked 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar 3/4 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. honey 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients; mix well. Press firmly into a well greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan. Bake in a preheated oven (450 degrees), 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Cool thoroughly cut into bars. |
