RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. chopped rhubarb
4 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
2 or 3 drops red food coloring

Combine first 3 ingredients and cook 20 minutes. Take off the stove and stir in Jello and red food coloring.

Pour into jars and seal.
