SMOKED BRISKET | |
6 lb. beef brisket 10 to 15 lb. charcoal Lawry's seasoned salt Aluminum foil BBQ sauce Trim all fat from brisket. Cover good with seasoned salt. Start fire with at least 10 pounds charcoal. Put brisket on for 1 1/2 hours (45 minutes on each side). Then wrap in foil and cook for 2 1/2 hours. Cook at 200 degrees. Put BBQ sauce on when served. Tender every time! |
