SMOKED BRISKET 
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. liquid smoke
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. mustard
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 dashes Tabasco hot sauce
1 (5-6 lb.) brisket (trimmed)

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line large baking pan with foil. Mix all ingredients. Lay meat on foil and pour on sauce. Cover with foil-seal edges. Cook 1 hour per pound at 250 degrees.

I made this last night and it was very flavorful. The meat was a little dry but I ended up shredding it in the juices. Then we made sandwiches out of it on home made rolls.
