THREE FRUIT JAM 
1 pt. ripe strawberries
2 med. oranges
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
5 c. sugar
1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. fruit pectin

In a large bowl crush strawberries. Grate 1/2 teaspoon peel from 1 orange. Crush orange pulp and the 1/2 teaspoon peel with the strawberries. Add pineapple and liquid. Stir in sugar. Set aside.

Heat fruit pectin in 3/4 cup water and boil for 1 minute. Stir, stir, stir for 3 minutes. Add fruit. Put immediately into jars and cool. REFRIGERATE for 3 weeks. Makes 6 (8 ounce) jars.
