TOMATOES AND GRILLED CHICKEN
 
1 head romaine (keep chilled)
4 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tsp. Kosher salt
4 to 5 anchovy fillets
4 oz. virgin olive oil
2 eggs
1 lg. lemon
3 to 4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Fresh ground pepper to taste
4 tbsp. sun dried tomatoes, removed from oil & cut into strips
3/4 c. boneless grilled chicken breast
1 c. croutons
