POTATO SKINS | |
6 baking potatoes 12 slices American cheese 12 slices bacon Bake potatoes; cool; cut in half and scoop out insides leaving 1/4 inch of white on skins. Cut halves in half and place on baking sheet. Top each 1/4 slice of potato with 1/2 slice of cheese and 1/2 slice of cooked bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes until hot and cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream. |
