PENNE PASTA WITH GORGONZOLA
CHEESE
 
1 lb. penne pasta
olive oil
1 large chopped onion
3/4 small jar minced garlic or fresh garlic
1 tsp. chopped basil
1/2 lb. Gorgonzola cheese
14 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained

In skillet, sauté onion, garlic, basil and tomatoes in olive oil. Stir cheese into tomato mixture. Pour over cooked, drained pasta.

(Chicken is also good as an add in.)
