FLAUTAS 
1 lb. hamburger
2 stalks celery (chopped)
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can Mexi beans (drained) or 1 can hot chili beans (drained)
6 oz. Cheddar cheese (grated)
Egg roll wrapper shells
1 med. tomato (chopped fine)
Oil fry frying
1/2 c. water
Taco sauce
Sour cream to top if desired

Fry hamburger, onion, celery. Drain grease. Add taco mix, 1/2 cup water. Let mixture cook down.

In a large bowl put grated cheese, drained beans, tomato and cooled meat mixture. Stir.

Place meat mixture on egg roll wrapper (about 2 tablespoons). Fold up from bottom - tuck in sides, roll up like an eggroll. Wet top part of wrapper so it will stick together. Roll all wrappers and meat - fry in oil until crisp on both sides. A large cast iron pan works best.
