HONEY GLAZE CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut into quarters
1 zest lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 tbsp. tarragon leaves

Oven steam chicken in water for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients to make sauce. Remove chicken and drain all water. Pour sauce on chicken. Put under broiler constantly basting until browned.
