OUT-OF-THE-PARK GINGER RICE 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil (swirl to coat pan, use a wok or lg. pan)
1 clove garlic, diced
1 c. diced chicken
1 c. snow peas, cut up
1/2 c. carrots, sliced thin
1/2 c. diced green onions
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame seed oil
3 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. ginger powder

Cook rice according to package directions. In hot oil in wok, cook chicken until white (a few minutes). Add vegetables. Stir fry. Add soy sauce, sesame seed oil. Stir in rice and serve. Great.
