1 box butter cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix first 4 ingredients together and press into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Then mix last 3 together and spread on top of other mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
