ALOHA LOAF 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (7 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. shredded coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Stir in mashed banana.

Sift flour, baking powder, soda, and salt into creamed mixture. Fold in undrained pineapple and coconut.

Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
