SWEET PEACH BISCUITS | |
1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 (12 oz.) tube Big-Country style refrigerated biscuits 1 can (16 oz.) sliced peaches, drained Whipped topping, optional Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Roll each biscuit in sugar mixture then place on a non-stick baking sheet - flatten slightly then make 2 long indentations in each biscuit by pressing with your finger. Place a slice of peach in each indentation. Bake for 12 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Serve with whipped topping if desired. Serves 10. |
