Brownies:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
8 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. water

Put all in mixing bowl and beat vigorously. Pour on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Frosting:

3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Beat real hard until smooth. Spread on top of brownies.
