PINA COLADA CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix (with pudding optional)
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. light rum
1 can Creme de Coconut, chilled

Mix cake as directed, put 1 cup coconut in mix.

SYRUP:

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. rum

In saucepan mix all ingredients, boil 2 minutes. Stir in rum. Remove from heat set aside to cool. Use straw to punch holes in cake. Pour syrup over cake. Pour crushed pineapple over cake.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. creme de coconut
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip

Gradually beat Cool Whip, creme de coconut add cheese, beat until smooth. Pour over cake.
