BEST CORNBREAD DRESSING 
2 pkg. yellow cornbread mix
2 pkg. jalapeno cornbread mix
1 stick butter
1 large onion, diced
1 large bell pepper, diced
3 celery ribs, diced
1 lb. Bryan's hot sausage
3 cans chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar mushrooms, drained

Bake cornbreads as directed. Cool and break into crumbs. Place butter and seasonings in microwave bowl and microwave on High 5 minutes or sauté on stove. Crumble sausage and cook thoroughly. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Best way is to use your hands. If dressing is too dry, use another can of chicken broth.

Best when cooked inside a large turkey according to directions. If baked in a casserole, dot with butter and bake, covered for 1 1/2 hours at 275°F.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
