FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together; press in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; cool.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip

Cream well. Fold in 9 ounces Cool Whip; spread over first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkgs. butterscotch pudding
3 c. milk

Cook and cool; spread over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

9 oz. Cool Whip

Spread over third layer; chill well. May be made the night before serving.
