POTATO SALAD 
6 or 8 potatoes, boil in skin
3 boiled eggs
1/2 c. chopped pickles
1/2 pod green pepper, diced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Dukes sandwich spread
1 tbsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 carrot, chopped
Dash of vinegar
Paprika

Cook potatoes until done; cool, peel, and dice. Add all other ingredients and mix well. It is better to make the night before and chill. Sprinkle with paprika.
