8 boneless chicken breasts 4 lg. onions, sliced 1/2 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. cornstarch 2 tbsp. sherry (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Marinate chicken 30 minutes in mixture of soy sauce and cornstarch. Grill until done. Smother onions in oil until limp and clear. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add sherry, if desired. Pour over grilled chicken. |
