BROCCOLI RICE SHRIMP 
2 c. cooked rice
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz - or, Velveeta
1 can water chestnuts, chopped and drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (6 or 8 oz.) pkg. shrimp

Saute the celery, onion and green pepper in butter. Mix all ingredients together. Put in an 8 x 12 inch Pyrex dish, or similar dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until cheese is well melted and blended.
