SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. hamburger, seasoned with salt, pepper, minced garlic & onion
1 can chopped green chilies
1 doz. corn tortillas
2 c. grated cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
Enchilada sauce

Soft fry hamburger and add green chili. Prepare tortillas (soft fry) drain. Fill each tortilla with mixture of meat and cheese and roll up tight. Mix sour cream and soup. Put a little of it in the bottom of casserole dish. Put enchiladas in casserole. Top with sour cream and soup mixture. Pour can of enchilada sauce over it and top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees until cheese is bubbly or 30 minutes.
