EASY GOULASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
Pepper & salt to taste
2 c. noodles, uncooked
1 c. milk
2 c. tomato juice
Cheese, if desired

Brown ground beef and onion. Add dry noodles, milk, tomato juice and seasonings. Cook over medium heat until noodles are soft (about 1/2 hour). Shredded cheese may be added. Serves 4 to 6.
