"DE" VINE POTATOES 
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped sweet onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup

TOPPING (OPTIONAL) :

melted butter
Crushed potato chips

Mix above ingredients. Spread in 13 x 9-inch casserole. Drizzle butter and sprinkle crushed potato chips on top. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
