QUICK (CRUSTLESS) QUICHE 
1 c. milk
6 to 8 oz. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, grated
3 to 4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 to 1 c. vegetables (any kind)
1/2 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. oregano

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch pie pan or 9 inch quiche pan.

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until top is puffy and golden brown. Serves 4 to 6.
